You can claim a refund of the payment you have made for a project only when the resource is not allocated to the project.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Usually there is no refund but we can consider this as case to case basis.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

Refund of an Add-on (Plugins, Modules & Extensions)
In case of add-ons, there are times when things are not working as expected. Please write back to us. Please include the software and server version so we can check it out and will get this sorted in 3-4 business days. If it takes more time and you are interested in refunds. We will initiate the refunds within 2 business days with your same payment method.
Add-ons purchase through our website has 30 days return policy. so you may only initiate a return for orders placed within the last 30 days.
