1. Project Scoping and Milestones All custom software design, website development, and ERP solutions are billed based on pre-defined milestones. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable as they represent hours of engineering work already delivered. 2. Cancellation Fees In the event that a client decides to terminate a project before completion, a cancellation fee proportional to the active milestone development hours will be assessed. Any excess advance deposits will be refunded. 3. Processing Refunds Once an agreement on refund is finalized, the refund amount will be credited back via the original payment gateway or bank transfer within 7-10 business days. 4.
